Thought I'd let you know about another phenomenon happening over at Final Girl. It's not a Blog-A-Thon per se, but it is certainly an evolution in the community spirit of the event.
It's a more familial, more ongoing affair, and not as loser-ey as the Oprah Book Club. It's called the Final Girl Film Club and she's not only the proud president, she's also a client!
Every month, Stacie declares a Horror film as assignment. From obscure titles like Bloody Murder (2000) and Visiting Hours (1982), to classic fare like The Exorcist (1973), there's bound to be a movie you'd want to participate in EVENTUALLY. All you have to do is watch the horror flick in question then review it by the due date, which is always weeks away.
As for me, I think I might just become a regular in the Club Pack.
